1 Bunch Parsely
1/2 Bunch Cilantro
Handful Basil (Optional)
4 Cloves of Garlic
1 Medium Shallot
1 Teaspoon Red Pepper Flakes
Juice of 1 “Juicy” Lemon
1/4 Cup red Wine Vinegar
3/4 Cup Cool, Calm & Collected Artisan Oil Blend (or Hot and Bothered Artisan Oil Blend, depending on its intended use)
1 Teaspoon Fresh Oregano (dried if fresh unavailable)
Place all ingredients in a food processor and blend until smooth. Drizzle over your desired dish and enjoy!
